“I’m proud to say that as we’ve looked at our advancements in employee engagement in recent years, [and] since we’ve become more intentional with our DEI journey, it’s translated to results. We were at 82%with employees saying it was a great to work three years ago. We’re up to 87% now. We’ve been very excited to see that continued growth year over year.”
