Part-time positions at Dash In and Splash In currently require a high school diploma but interested applicants without a diploma can enroll in our company-sponsored GEDWorks program. The Wills Group will foot the bill and bring you onboard on the basis that you complete your GED within 6 months.

The Wills Group’s Tuition Reimbursement program offers up to 100% tuition reimbursement for undergraduate and graduate degrees, as well as professional certifications.
If your dream is to earn an associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or even a doctorate, you can achieve one entirely free while working part-time at Dash In or Splash In.
The benefit offers a scaled reimbursement based on the grades you earn in class. For instance, an A- or better earns you 100% back on the cost of that class. A grade of B- or better gets 80% back for an undergraduate degree, and 90% for a graduate degree.
