We’re excited to share that our very own Senior Director of Food and Beverage, Barbara Nova, has been recognized as a Top Women in Convenience by Convenience Store News and the Board of Advisors. The Top Women In Convenience Advisory Board selected an outstanding group of 91 women to be honored at an awards gala in Las Vegas, Nevada later this year, during the annual and cutting-edge NACS show

Barbara Nova joined the Dash In family 4 years ago to lead the Category Management strategy  and has been instrumental to the growth and success of the team during that time. Her exceptional leadership, thorough and innovative strategies, and community servitude are just a few of the reasons why we love having her on the team.

At Dash In, we’re always working to make life more convenient and rewarding for our customers. Whether they’re grabbing a fresh meal or snack at one of our Dash In convenience stores, getting an environmentally friendly car wash at a Splash In ECO Car Wash, or fueling up with us, our customers know there’s a hard-working team dedicated to keeping Lives in Motion

Barbara Nova was nominated by her peers for her inspirational leadership and commitment to the communities where Dash In stores are located across the Mid-Atlantic region. Each nominator wrote in exactly how she achieved positive growth at Dash In, providing many examples of her processes and actions. Barbara embodies our core values of passion, integrity, diversity, accountability, humility, growth, and courage as she leads her Dash In team.

We are beyond proud of Barbara and our senior-level leaders who represent the Wills Group, Dash In, Splash in Eco Car Wash, SMO Motor Fuels, and our commitment to our communities. Congratulations to all the nominees which include the women of the year, senior-level leaders, rising stars, and mentors for your hard work and inspiring journeys as we innovate and move forward together.
